By accessing gsolu.com or engaging GSOLU you agree to these Terms.

GSOLU provides custom software development services. Specific deliverables are defined in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Quotes and estimates
Any pricing communicated through gsolu.com is an estimate. Firm pricing is provided only in a signed Statement of Work.
4. Intellectual property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, source code we deliver is yours once paid in full.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs before any discovery work begins.
6. Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
7. Governing law
British Columbia and federal Canadian law applicable in BC.
8. Changes
The latest version is always available at this URL with a "last updated" date.
